For me, the best motivation is the salary, which gives me the opportunity to pursue my passions and the opportunity to learn new technologies in construction. Our work involves business trips, and thanks to the fact that we work together, this is not a barrier for us. We can spend more time with each other. In addition, I also help my dad communicate in Polish. Thanks to working together with my father, I never overslept to work (laughs). It always wakes me up and we’re on time

The biggest advantage of working at BX is its stability and the possibility of development. Thanks to working with my son, I strengthen the father-son parental relationship.
