A program for women working on construction contracts and performing central functions. It gives the opportunity to gain knowledge and develop competences. It is a great opportunity to exchange experiences and inspire each other.

The third edition of the program was attended by 47 participants.

The program consists of four workshops, between which participants have space to test the skills acquired during the training in their daily work.
