Information obligation for a job candidate

According to Art. 13 sec. 1 and paragraph. 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. (GDPR), we inform you that:

1. The administrator of your personal data is Budimex S.A., ul. Siedmiogrodzka 9, 01-204 Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as “Budimex”), contact: +48 22 623 60 00

2. Budimex processes your personal data in order to:

A. to conduct the recruitment process, and if you have given your consent, also for the purpose of conducting future recruitment processes,

[legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR with regard to the data required by the Labour Code and Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR with regard to additional information to be included in the application and in the case of consent to participate in subsequent recruitments];

B. drawing up an employment contract or a civil law contract, in the case of a positive result of the recruitment process [legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR].

4. The recipients of personal data may be: providers of IT solutions, entities providing support services for recruitment processes, entities from the Budimex/Ferrovial group, and other entities if their participation is necessary to achieve the above purposes (including from outside the European Economic Area – Article 46(2)(c) of the GDPR), published on the website:


5. You can obtain a copy of the description of the technical security measures transferred to a third country by sending a request to the address dane.osobowe@budimex.pl.

6. Personal data will be stored for the time necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes or, in the case of consent to the processing of personal data in future recruitment processes, until the consent is withdrawn or for a period of five years from the date of consent.

7. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can revoke your consent by writing to the following address: dane.osobowe@budimex.pl. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

8. You have the right to request Budimex to access your personal data, rectify it, delete it or limit its processing, as well as the right to transfer data.

9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

10. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.

11. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so will prevent you from participating in the recruitment process and signing the contract.
