Alteration and expansion of the Voivodship Children’s Hospital of J. Brudziński in Bydgoszcz – decision about the chosen offer

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 28 February this year it received information about the selection by Kujawsko – Pomorskie Inwestycje Medyczne Sp. z o.o. in Toruń of the offer submitted by the consortium consisting of: BUDIMEX SA (consortium leader with a share of 51.7%), P.B.U. Budopol SA in Bydgoszcz, P.W. EBUD-Przemysłówka Sp. z o.o. in Bydgoszcz and P.W. LECH Sp. z o.o. in Bydgoszcz for the execution of the investment “Alteration and expansion of the Voivodship Children’s Hospital of J. Brudziński in Bydgoszcz”.

  • Net offer value: PLN 98,943,253.85 (gross value: PLN 117,587,271.43), of which the net value attributable to Budimex: PLN 51,162,800.00.
  • Execution period: 26 months
  • Advance payment: 15% of the gross remuneration within 30 days from the date of signing the agreement
  • Payments: once a month based on invoices issued according to the schedule, up to 80% of the value + final invoice, within 30 days
  • Guarantee and warranty: 60 months of quality guarantee from the day of final acceptance
  • The contract value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex S.A.
