Recommendation for the payment of the dividend for 2024.
The Management Board of Budimex S.A., with reference to Report No. 06/2025 of February 26, 2025, informs that it has decided to recommend to the 2025 Annual General Meeting a decision to pay a dividend of PLN 25.43 (in words: twenty-five zlotys 43/100) gross per share.
Net profit for the period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 in the amount of PLN 649,230,392.14 is proposed to be allocated to dividends.
The dividend payment is recommended to cover all shares of Budimex S.A., i.e. 25,530,098 (in words: twenty-five million five hundred and thirty thousand ninety-eight) shares.
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. proposes to set the record date, i.e. the date on which the list of shareholders entitled to dividends for 2024 is determined, as June 5, 2025, and the dividend payment date is proposed to be June 13, 2025
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. submits this recommendation on the basis of the data contained in the aforementioned report No. 06/2025, dated February 26, 2025, and indicates that, in accordance with previous information, the report for 2024, together with the audit report, will be published on April 11, 2025.
