Design and construction of the Łódź Recycling Centre in Łódź at 1 Zamiejska Street: the result of the electronic auction
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 23 April 2025 Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Oczyszczania – Łódź Sp. z o.o. informed the Company that, as a result of an electronic auction, its bid took 1st place in the ranking of bids in the tender procedure for the “Design and construction of the Łódź Recycling Centre in Łódź at 1 Zamiejskia Street”.
The above does not mean that Budimex S.A.’s bid was selected as the most advantageous, as the bid evaluation procedure has not been finally completed.
Value of the offer after the auction: PLN 690,894,308.94 net
Date of commencement of works: within 1 day from signing the Contract
Completion date: 42 months from signing the contract
Warranty period: 5 years, with the proviso that the warranty period for machinery and equipment is 2 years and the warranty period for roofing, reinforced concrete and steel structures and moisture insulation is 15 years

Advance payment: none
Payment terms: 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice by the Ordering Party
Good performance bank guarantee: 5% of gross value
Maximum value of contractual penalty paid by the Contractor: 20% of the net value
The penalties paid by the Ordering Party do not differ from market standards.
The contracting authority has the right to seek compensation on general terms if the amount of damage exceeds the agreed contractual penalty.
Other contractual conditions do not deviate from market standards.
The value of the offering exceeds the threshold of PLN 182,357 thousand net
