The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 15.01.2026 an agreement was concluded between the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways Branch in Łódź and Budimex S.A. for: "Construction of the Radomsko bypass along national roads No. DK42 and DK91 along with the extension of DK 91 and the construction of a bridge over the Warta River in the Łódź Voivodeship, divided into 3 sections: Section 1: Construction of the Radomsko bypass along the national road No. DK42.
Section 2: Construction of the Radomsko bypass along the DK91 road.
Section 3: Extension of DK 91 with the construction of a bridge over the Warta River in the Łódź Voivodeship".
The information that our offer was rated the highest in the tender procedure and selected as the most advantageous was published on 24.06.2025 in current report No. 37/2025 and on 16.07.2025 in current report No. 42/2025.
The total value of orders with the same Ordering Party in the last 12 months amounted to PLN 240,684,282.21 net. The order with the highest value is the above-mentioned contract.
Contract value: PLN 174,099,317.21 net
Date of commencement of works: From the date of conclusion of the contract by both parties
Date of completion of the works: 39 months from the date of conclusion of the contract (winter periods are not included in the time of completion of the works)
Warranty period: up to 15 years
Warranty period: 60 months from the date indicated in the Certificate of Acquisition
Down Payment: 1% to 10% of the Accepted Contract Amount
Payment terms: 30 days from the date of delivery of a correctly issued VAT invoice by the Contractor to the Ordering Party
Bank guarantee of good performance: 10% of the gross price stated in the offer
Maximum value of the contractual penalty paid by the Contractor: 20% of the Accepted Net Contract Amount
Maximum value of the contractual penalty paid by the Ordering Party: 15% of the Accepted Net Contract Amount
The Ordering Party reserves the right to demand supplementary damages transferring the amount of the Contractual Penalties to the amount of the damage actually suffered, incurred or may arise in connection with the non-performance or improper performance of the Agreement by the Contractor.
Other contractual conditions do not deviate from market standards.
The total value of the agreements signed between Budimex and the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, Łódź Branch, together with the value of this Agreement, exceeds the threshold of PLN 182,357 thousand net.
