Construction and reconstruction of airport surfaces at Wrocław Airport – bid of Budimex SA with the highest score
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 11 March 2024 Port Lotniczy Wrocław S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław informed the Company that its bid was awarded the highest score in the tender procedure for: Construction and reconstruction of airport surfaces at Wroclaw Airport.
The aforementioned information is not tantamount to selecting the bid of Budimex S.A. as the most advantageous one, since the procedure concerning the bid evaluation has not yet been finally completed.
Bid value: PLN 365,847,385.00 net
Works commencement date: from the date of signing the contract
Works completion date: 20 months from the date of signing the contract
Guarantee period: up to 5 years
Statutory warranty period: up to 5 years
Advance payment: none
Payment terms: 30 days from the date of delivery of a correctly issued VAT invoice to the Ordering Party by the
Contractor
Bank performance bond: 5% of the total price stated in the tender
Maximum amount of contractual penalty paid by the Contractor: 35% of gross bid value
The Ordering Party has the right to claim supplemental damages under the Civil Code if the damage exceeds the amount of the contractual penalties.
Other terms and conditions of the contract do not differ from market standards.
The bid value exceeds the threshold of PLN 172,381 thousand net.
