Modification of the schedule of the FBSerwis Group's strategic options review process
With reference to current report No. 65/2024 of 7 November 2024, the Management Board of Budimex SA (“Budimex”, the “Management Board”) informs that due to the great interest from potential investors, Budimex has decided to modify the schedule of the process in such a way that the market
analysis and recognition of investor interest will be continued in May this year, and the decision on further actions within the process should be made by 30 May 2025.
The indicated date is an estimate and has been set in the current market and economic conditions.
