The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 16 May 2025 an agreement was concluded between Budimex SA and the Pomeranian Voivodeship, 21/27 Okopowa Street, 80-810 Gdańsk, NIP 583-31-63-786 – the Provincial Roads Authority in Gdańsk, for the "Extension and reconstruction of the provincial road No. 221 on the section from Janków to the Kościerzyna Bypass – Section B – section from the city of Okopowa 21/27. Kolbudy to the town of Przywidz divided into two sections: – section B1: from km approx. 14+645 to km 21+710, – section B2: from km 21+710 to km approx. 26+875"
The total value of contracts signed between Budimex and the same Contracting Authority in the last 12 months, together with the value of this contract, exceeds the threshold of PLN 182,357 thousand net.
Contract value: PLN 91,957,204.29 net
Date of commencement of works: from the date of signing the Contract
Completion date: 540 days from the date of signing the Contract (submission of an application for an occupancy permit within 40 days of completion of construction works)
Warranty period: 96 months

Payment terms: 30 days from the date of delivery of a correctly issued VAT invoice by the Contractor to the Ordering Party
Bank guarantee of good performance: 5% of the total gross price
Maximum value of contractual penalty paid by the Contractor: 20% of the net contractual remuneration
Maximum value of contractual penalty paid by the Employer: 20% of the net contractual remuneration
The Parties reserve the right to seek supplementary damages, transferring the amount of the stipulated contractual penalties to the amount of the actual damage suffered.
Other contractual conditions do not deviate from market standards.
