Overview of FBSerwis Group's strategic options
With reference to current report No. 65/2024 of 7 November 2024 and current report No. 20/2025 of 28 April 2025, the Management Board of Budimex S.A. informs that without giving up the other strategic options of the FBSerwis Group referred to in report No. 65/2024, it decided to first examine the market's interest in the option of selling shares in FBSerwis SA. At this stage, this option seems to be the most advantageous and allows for the fastest examination of the actual interest of investors. The commencement of this process, as indicated above, does not mean the abandonment of other strategic options.
Budimex decided to disclose the above information to the public due to its importance for the operations of Budimex S.A., in particular in terms of the areas of business.
