The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 08.05.2026 the Contracting Authority – Senatsverwaltung für Mobilität, Verkehr, Klimaschutz Umwelt selected the offer of BiGe (Bietergemeinschaft) composed of: Budimex S.A., Budimex Bau GmbH and Mostostal Kraków S.A. (Budimex Group companies) as the most advantageous in the tender procedure: “Construction of the Mühlendamm – Berlin Mitte Bridge. New construction TBW 1, TBW 2 and demolition TBW 2”.
Offer value: EUR 63,012,162 net
Date of commencement of works: 12 working days from the date of awarding the order.

Transitional invoices: 21 days from the date of delivery of a correctly issued VAT invoice by the Contractor to the Ordering Party,

Bank guarantee of good performance: 5% of the gross price specified in the offer
Maximum value of the contractual penalty paid by the Contractor: 5% net salary
Other contractual conditions do not deviate from market standards.
The value of the offer exceeds the threshold of PLN 188,771 thousand net.
