The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that, in connection with the expiration of the term of office of the current members of the Supervisory Board of Budimex S.A., the Company’s majority shareholder has nominated the following candidates for the Supervisory Board for the next term:

5. Danuta Dąbrowska
6. Angel Luis Sanchez Gil
7. Ignacio Garcia Bilbao

9. Mario Menendez

Declarations of independence were submitted by Ms. Danuta Dąbrowska, Ms. Marzenna Weresa, and Mr. Jacek Socha.
All candidates have consented to stand for election and have declared that they do not engage in any other business activities outside Budimex S.A. that are competitive with the business activities carried out at Budimex S.A., do not participate in a competing entity as a partner in a civil law partnership, a partnership, or a capital company, and do not participate in a competing legal entity as members of its governing body, and are not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register
