Appointment of a member of the Supervisory Board of Budimex S.A.
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of Budimex S.A. on 29 May 2025, by resolution No. 531, appointed Mr Angel Luis Sanchez Gil to the Supervisory Board of Budimex S.A. for a joint eleventh term of office.
Mr. Angel Luis Sanchez Gil is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Madrid and IESE Business School. Currently Chief Operating Officer / Significant Projects Director at Ferrovial Construction.
He has been associated with the Ferrovial Group for 36 years. He held the following positions:
2019-2024 Chief Executive Officer, USA and Canada Austin, Texas, USA;
from 2012 to 2019, Managing Director for Construction for Spain, France, Slovakia, Portugal and Latin America;
from 2008 to 2012 Managing Director for Construction for Spain;
in 2007–2008 Managing Director for Construction, Civil Works for Spain;
2006-2007 Regional Director for Galicia, Asturias, Castile Leon and Castilla-La Mancha (Spain);
from 1999 to 2006 Regional Director for Civil Works in Madrid;
in 1994–1999 Senior Group Project Manager;
in the years 1989–1994 Site Manager.
According to the submitted statement, Mr. Angel Luis Sanchez Gil does not conduct any activity performed outside the enterprise of Budimex S.A., which is competitive in relation to the activity performed in the enterprise of Budimex S.A., he is not involved in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership, capital company and he is not involved in a competitive legal person as a member of its body, he is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to of the Act on the National Court Register.
