The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 19 May 2026 the Contracting Authority – Senatsverwaltung für Mobilität, Verkehr, Klimaschutz Umwelt handed over to BiGe (German: Bietergemeinschaft) composed of: Budimex S.A., Budimex Bau GmbH, Mostostal Kraków S.A. (Budimex Group Companies) the order for the performance of the contract "Construction of the Mühlendamm Bridge – Berlin Mitte. New construction TBW 1, TBW 2 and demolition TBW 2".
The information that our offer was selected as the most advantageous was published on May 12, 2026 in current report No. 26/2026.
Contract value: EUR 62,082,613 net. Compared to the previous current report no. 26/2026, the estimated value was reduced by EUR 929,549 net, as a consequence of a different method of calculating the expected remuneration by the Contracting Authority. The change will not affect the expected financial result of the project

Maximum value of the contractual penalty paid by the Contractor: 5% of the net remuneration

The value of the contract exceeds the threshold of PLN 188,771 thousand net.
