Resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Budimex S.A. on the payment of dividend for 2025
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 27 May 2026 the Ordinary General Meeting of Budimex S.A. adopted Resolution No. 538 on the payment of dividend for 2025 in the amount of PLN 827,685,777.16 including net profit for the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.
The dividend payment covered all shares of Budimex S.A., i.e. 25,530,098 shares, which amounts to PLN 32.42 gross per share.
The list of shareholders entitled to dividend for 2025 was set as of 3 June 2026 (the dividend date).
The dividend payment date was set for 10 June 2026.
