Dates of publication of periodic financial reports in 2025
Pursuant to § 80 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (the “Regulation”), the Management Board of Budimex SA informs about the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2025. Pursuant to § 62 sec. 1 and sec. 3 of the Regulation, consolidated quarterly reports will contain quarterly financial information referred to in § 62 sec. 1 of the Regulation, while the consolidated semi-annual report will contain semi-annual condensed separate financial statements referred to in § 62 sec. 3 of the Regulation. Therefore, in 2025 Budimex SA will not publish separate, separate quarterly reports and will not publish a separate, separate semi-annual report for the first half of 2025. Pursuant to § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation, Budimex SA will not publish a quarterly report and a consolidated quarterly report for the last quarter of 2024 and the second quarter of 2025. Deadlines for submitting reports:

- annual report of Budimex SA for 2024 – 11 April 2025
- consolidated annual report of the Budimex Group for 2024 – 11 April 2025
- Consolidated quarterly reports of the Budimex Group:
- for the first quarter of 2025 – 8 May 2025
- for the third quarter of 2025 – October 27, 2025
- Consolidated report of the Budimex Group for the first half of 2025 – 22 August 2025
At the same time, the Management Board informs that in connection with the publication by Ferrovial SA, i.e. the parent company of Budimex SA, consolidated financial statements, taking into account the financial data of the Budimex Group, selected financial data from the consolidated annual report of the Budimex Group for 2024 will be published on 26 February 2025, while selected financial data from the consolidated semi-annual report of the Budimex Group for the first half of 2025 will be published on 28 July 2025.
