Construction and reconstruction of airport surfaces at Wroclaw Airport - selection of Budimex S.A.’s bid
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 05-04-2024, Port Lotniczy Wrocław S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław selected the bid of Budimex S.A. as the most advantageous one in the tender procedure for: Construction and reconstruction of airport surfaces at Wroclaw Airport.
The information that our bid had been rated the highest in the tender procedure was published on 12-03-2024 in current report No 20/2024.
Bid value: PLN 365,847,385.00 net
Works commencement date: from the date of signing the contract
Works completion date: 26 months from the date of signing the contract
Guarantee period: up to 5 years
Statutory warranty period: up to 5 years
Advance payment: none
Payment terms: 30 days from the date of delivery of a correct VAT invoice to the Ordering Party by the Contractor
Bank performance bond: 5% of the total price stated in the tender
Maximum amount of contractual penalty paid by the Contractor: 35% of gross bid value
The Ordering Party has the right to claim supplemental damages under the Civil Code if the damage exceeds the amount of the contractual penalties.
Other terms and conditions of the contract do not differ from the market standards.
The bid value exceeds the threshold of PLN 172,381 thousand net.
