Conclusion of an annex to the agreement on the guarantee line with mBank SA
The Management Board of Budimex SA informs that on 29 May 2025 it signed an annex to the agreement with mBank SA on the limit for bank guarantees, the conclusion of which was announced by the company in current reports No. 29/2015 of 19 May 2015, 4/2016 of 19 January 2016, 70/2016 of 28 October 2016, 69/2017 of 27 September 2017 and 65/2018 of 27 September 2018.
Pursuant to the annex, the limit was reduced from the current level of PLN 300,000,000.00 to the amount of PLN 193,000,000.00, up to which Budimex SA may commission the bank to issue bank guarantees. Reducing the available limit of the guarantee line of Budimex SA will make it possible to provide other credit products to other entities of the Budimex Group.
Other terms and conditions of the agreement remain unchanged.
