The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 30 May 2025, the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, Gdańsk Branch, informed the Company that the offer of the subsidiary FBSerwis S.A. had been re-selected as the most advantageous in the tender procedure for the "Year-round maintenance of national roads managed by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, Gdańsk Branch, divided into 2 parts: Part No. 1: Year-round maintenance of national roads managed by the District in Człuchów Part No. 2: Year-round maintenance of national roads managed by the Region in Gdańsk.
The information that the offer of the subsidiary was rated the highest in the tender procedure was published on 18.02.2025, in the current report 5/2025.
Information that the offer of the subsidiary was selected as the most advantageous, then the information on the cancellation of the selection of the offer of the subsidiary was published on 17.03.2025 in current report No. 9/2025 and on 07.04.2025 in current report No. 11/2025.

Warranty period for main works up to 36 months
The warranty period is equal to the statutory period or the warranty period, whichever is longer
Payment terms: 30 days from the date of delivery of a correctly issued VAT invoice by the Contractor to the Ordering Party
A bank guarantee of good performance: 5% of the gross remuneration
Maximum value of contractual penalty paid by the Contractor: 20% of gross remuneration
The contracting authority has the right to seek compensation on general terms if the amount of damage exceeds the agreed contractual penalty.
Other contractual conditions do not deviate from market standards.
The value of the offer exceeds the threshold of PLN 182,357 thousand net.
