The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 3 June 2025 it signed a new agreement with HSBC Continental Europe (the "Bank") on the limit for bank guarantees.
Under the agreement, the Bank will make available to the company a limit of PLN 400,000,000.00, up to which Budimex SA may commission the bank to issue bank guarantees.
