Conclusion of further indexation annexes with the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways

With reference to the current reports listed below on the conclusion of agreements and previous indexation annexes:

Current Report No. 28/2020 of 12.05.2020, Current Report No. 46/2020 of 10.07.2020, Current Report No. 54/2020 of 11.09.2020, Current Report No. 32/2021 of 16.04.2021, Current Report No. 44/2021 of 14.05.2021, Current Report No. 60/2021 of 29.07.2021, Current Report No. 65/2021 of 06.09.2021, Current Report No. 39/2022 of 04.07.2022, and Current Report No. 45/2022 of 22.07.2022, Current Report No. 54/2022 of 26.08.2022 and Current Report No. 71/2023 of 12.12.2023

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 15 June 2026 Budimex S.A. and the State Treasury – General Director of National Roads and Motorways in Warsaw concluded further indexation annexes to the following agreements, the subject of which is the execution of the investment entitled:


  1. "Design and Construction of the Suchowola Bypass along the National Road No. 8",

  2. "Design and Construction of the Sztabin Bypass along the national road No. 8",

  3. "Design and execution of construction works for the task "Construction of the S1 Kosztowy – Bielsko-Biała road. Section IV Oświęcim Bypass (DK 44 GP class)",

  4. "Design and construction of the Leipzig bypass along national road No. 79",

  5. "Design and construction of the S1 Kosztowy – Bielsko-Biała road, Section I/B "Kosztowy II" junction (with the junction) – "Bieruń" junction (without the junction)",

  6. "Construction of the S1 Pyrzowice – Kosztowy road, Podwarpie – Dąbrowa Górnicza section (reconstruction of DK 1)",

  7. "Construction of the S6 expressway on the section Słupsk – Bożepole Wielkie. Task 5: v. Leśnice (without a knot) – in the village of Bożepole Wielkie (without a knot)",

  8. "Design and construction of the S7 expressway on the section Płońsk – Czosnów Section III from the "Modlin" junction (with the junction) to the "Czosnów" junction (without the junction)",

  9. "Construction of the Tri-City Metropolitan Bypass divided into 2 parts: Part No. 1: Chwaszczyno junction (without junction) – Żukowo junction (without junction)",

  10. "Design and construction of the S19 road on the section Haćki – Bielsk Podlaski Zachód junction (with the junction) with the section of national road No. 66 to the existing national road No. 19".
    11. The subject of the annexes concluded on 15 June 2026 is to increase the maximum indexation limit for contract works from +/- 15% to +/- 25% of the Accepted Net Contract Amount.

    In accordance with the provisions of these annexes, the amounts paid to the Contractor for construction works performed after 24.02.2022 will be adjusted to reflect price increases or decreases based on the product price indices published by the President of the Central Statistical Office specified in the annex, until the remuneration increased or reduced in this way reaches the new indexation limit of +/- 25% of the Accepted Net Contract Amount, with the current indexation to a limit of +/- 15% of the Accepted Net Contract Amount.
