General implementation of the Investment called "Construction of the Lwówek Gas Compressor Station. Stage I" - selection of the offer of Budimex S.A.
The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 18 June 2025, Gas Transmission Operator GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. selected the bid of Budimex SA as the most advantageous in the tender procedure for the General Implementation of the Investment called "Construction of the Lwówek Gas Compressor Station. Stage I".
Value of the offer: PLN 437,662,754.00 net, including:
Basic scope: PLN 434,392,104.00 net
Conditional remuneration: PLN 700,250.00 net
Option value: PLN 2,570,400.00 net
Date of commencement of works: immediately, after conclusion of the Contract
Date of completion of works: 23 months from the date of conclusion of the Contract (Final Acceptance)
Warranty period: 36 months
Warranty period: 36 months
Advance payment: 15% of gross salary for the basic level
Payment terms: 30 days from the date of delivery of a correctly issued VAT invoice by the Contractor to the Ordering Party
Performance bank guarantee: 5% of the gross salary for the basic scope
Maximum value of contractual penalty paid by the Contractor: 25% of the net remuneration for the basic scope
The parties have the right to seek supplementary damages in excess of the amount of contractual penalties stipulated in the agreement, in accordance with the general principles of the Civil Code.
Other contractual conditions do not deviate from market standards.
The value of the offer exceeds the threshold of PLN 182,357 thousand net.
