Design and construction of the S8 Wrocław – Kłodzko expressway, task 4 – section Łagiewniki Zachód junction (without the junction) – Niemcza junction (with the junction), length approx. 9.34 km – invalidation of the selection of the tender
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 18.06.2025 the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, Wrocław Branch, cancelled the selection in the tender procedure entitled: "Design and construction of the S8 Wrocław – Kłodzko expressway, task 4 – section Łagiewniki Zachód junction (without the junction) – Niemcza junction (with the junction), length approx. 9.34 km", which was referred to in current report No. 21/2025 of 30.04.2025.
Therefore, the Contracting Authority will re-examine and evaluate the offers.
The above information has no impact on the current results of the Company.
