"Construction of a cogeneration installation for the production of energy from processed municipal waste using heat for the municipal heating network in Tarnów (PP/2/2024/B)." - annulment of the consortium's bid selection and annulment of the procedure

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that it has received information from the Contracting Authority on the cancellation of the activity referred to in current report no. 67/2025 of 09.12.2025 by rejecting the offer of the consortium of companies consisting of Budimex S.A. (Consortium Leader share 52.86%) and ENGITEC TECHNOLOGIES S.P.A. (Consortium Partner share 47.14%).
