The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 03.07.2026r. The Municipal Water and Sewerage Company in the city ofWarsaw, SA informed the Company that its bid was evaluated the highest in the tender procedure entitled "Modernization of the "Czajka" Sewage Treatment Plant in the field of sludge management – construction of a complex of separate Digesters with accompanying infrastructure and other technological works.
The above does not mean that the bid of Budimex SA was selected as the most advantageous, as the bid evaluation procedure has not been finally completed.
Offer value: PLN 323,366,839.00 net
Date of commencement of works: no later than 30 days after the entry into force of the Contract
Date of completion of works: 40 months from the date of conclusion of the Contract
Warranty period: 36 months from the date of issue of the Certificate of Performance
Warranty period: 36 months from the date of issue of the Certificate of Performance
Payment terms: 30 days from the date of delivery of a correctly issued VAT invoice by the Contractor to the Ordering Party
Bank guarantee of good performance: 5% of the total price specified in the Contractor's Offer (including VAT)
Maximum value of the contractual penalty paid by the Contractor: 20% of the Approved Contract Amount
The Contracting Authority has the right to claim compensation on general terms when the amount of damage exceeds the agreed contractual penalty.
Other contractual conditions do not deviate from market standards.
The value of the offer exceeds the threshold of PLN 188,771 thousand net.
