Dates of publication of periodic financial reports in 2026
Pursuant to § 84 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (the "Regulation"), the Management Board of Budimex SA informs about the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2026.
Pursuant to § 63 section 1 and section 3 of the Regulation, the consolidated quarterly reports will contain the quarterly financial information referred to in § 63 section 1 of the Regulation, while the consolidated half-yearly report will contain the semi-annual condensed separate financial statements referred to in § 63 section 3 of the Regulation. Therefore, in 2026 Budimex SA will not publish separate, separate quarterly reports and will not publish a separate, separate semi-annual report for the first half of 2026.
Pursuant to § 83 section 2 of the Regulation, Budimex SA will not publish the quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for the last quarter of 2025 and the second quarter of 2026.
Deadlines for submitting reports:
1. Annual Reports:
• Budimex SA annual report for 2025 – 27 March 2026
• consolidated annual report of the Budimex Group for 2025 – 27 March 2026
2. Consolidated quarterly reports of the Budimex Group:
• for the first quarter of 2026 – 6 May 2026
• for the third quarter of 2026 – 27 October 2026
3. Consolidated report of the Budimex Group for the first half of 2026 – 21 August 2026
At the same time, the Management Board announces that in connection with the publication of consolidated financial statements by Ferrovial SE, i.e. the parent entity of Budimex SA, including the financial data of the Budimex Group, selected financial data from the consolidated annual report of the Budimex Group for 2025 will be published on 24 February 2026, while selected financial data from the consolidated semi-annual report of the Budimex Group for the first half of 2026 will be published on 28 July 2026.
