Extension of the Ełk Bis substation along with the reconstruction of the 220/110 kV Ełk substation - selection of the offer
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 28.08.2026 the Contracting Authority – POLSKIE SIECI ELEKTROENERGETYCZNE S.A. selected the offer of Budimex S.A. as the most advantageous in the tender procedure: Extension of the Ełk Bis substation along with the reconstruction of the 220/110 kV Ełk substation.
The information that our offer was evaluated the highest in the tender procedure was published on 29.07.2026 in current report No. 41/2026.
Offer value: PLN 195,490,350.32 net
of which the basic range PLN 179,493,524.21 net
Option right 1 PLN 10,182,953.00 net and/or
Option right 2 PLN 1,485,522.89 net and/or
Option right 3 PLN 4,028,350.22 net and/or
Option right 4 PLN 300,000.00 net
Date of commencement of works: the date of commencement shall be the date of signing the Agreement by the other party
Date of completion of works: 45 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement
Warranty period: 60 months
Warranty period: 60 months
Advance payment: up to a total of 19% of net remuneration
Payment terms: 21 days from the date of delivery of a correctly issued VAT invoice by the Contractor to the Ordering Party
Ensuring due performance: 5% of the gross price of the offer remuneration for the basic scope
Maximum value of the contractual penalty paid by the Contractor: 20% of the gross remuneration
The Ordering Party may seek damages in the amount exceeding the amount of the reserved contractual penalties, on the general terms set out in the provisions of the Civil Code, with the proviso that the liability of each of the Parties for non-performance or improper performance of this Agreement is limited to the equivalent of 100% of the Remuneration.
Other contractual conditions do not deviate from market standards.
The value of the offer exceeds the threshold of PLN 188,771 thousand net.
