The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 22.07.2022, annexes to the following agreements were concluded by and between Budimex S.A. and the State Treasury – General Director for National Roads and Motorways in Warsaw, concerning the investment project named:

1. The construction of the Warzymice and Przecław bypass along National Road No 13 divided into two implementation tasks – section 1 – from the Haken Roundabout to the Siadło Górne junction (without the junction),

2. The design and construction of the Szczecinek bypass along National Road No 20,

3. The design and construction of the Lipska bypass along National Road No 79,

4. The design and execution of construction works for the task “Construction of the S1 Kosztowy – Bielsko-Biała road. Section IV – Oświęcim bypass,

5. The design and Construction of the Suchowola bypass along National Road No 8,

6. The design and Construction of the Sztabina bypass along National Road No 8,

7. Construction of the Tri-City Metropolis bypass. Task 1: Chwaszczyno junction (without the junction) – Żukowo junction (without the junction),

8. The design and construction of the S1 Kosztowy – Bielsko-Biała road, section I/B – the “Kosztowy II” junction (with the junction) – the “Bieruń” junction (without the junction),

9. Construction of express road S6 along the Słupsk – Bożepole Wielkie section. Task 5: Leśnice junction (without the junction) – Bożepole Wielkie junction (without the junction),

10. “Design and construction of the S19 road at the section from the Białystok Zachód junction (without the junction) to the Białystok Księżyno junction (with the junction)”,

11. “Design and construction of the S19 road on the Haćki – Bielsk Podlaski section (with the junction) together with a section of National Road No 66 to the existing National Road No 19”.

The subject matter of the annexes concluded on 22.07.2022 is to increase the maximum valorisation limit for contractual works from 5 to 10% of the Accepted Contract Amount.

In accordance with the provisions of these annexes, the amounts payable to the Contractor for construction works performed after 24.02.2022 shall be adjusted to reflect price increases or decreases on the basis of the product price indices published by the President of the Central Statistical Office, specified in the Annexes, until the remuneration thus increased or reduced reaches a new valorisation limit of 10% of the Accepted Net Contract Amount, with the existing valorisation up to a limit of 5% of the Accepted Contract Amount.
