“Extension of the Polish Theatre in Szczecin” - the bid of Budimex S.A. evaluated the highest
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 20 January 2020 the Polish Theatre in Szczecin informed the Company that its bid had been evaluated the highest in the tender for “Extension of the Polish Theatre in Szczecin”.
The aforementioned information does not mean selecting the bid of Budimex S.A. as the most advantageous one, as the procedure concerning the bid evaluation has not yet been finally completed.
Bid value: PLN 159,395,483.76 net
Works commencement date: up to 21 days from the contract date (date of handing-over the construction site)
Works completion date: 32 months from the contract date
Guarantee period: 60 months
Statutory warranty period: 60 months
Advance payment: none
Payment terms: 30 days from the day of the Contractor’s delivery of a correctly issued VAT invoice to the Ordering Party’s office
Bank performance bond: 5% of the gross lump-sum remuneration
Maximum amount of contractual penalty paid by the Contractor: 20% of total gross remuneration due to the Contractor
Contractual penalties payable by the Contractor do not differ from the market standards.
The Ordering Party reserves the right to claim compensation in the amount of actual damage, regardless of the amount of contractual penalty.
Other terms and conditions of the contract do not differ from the market standards.
The bid value exceeds the threshold of PLN 147,743 thousand net.
