Construction of a new regional hospital in Wrocław - a new contract for Budimex SA
The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 15 July 211 the consortium of Budimex SA (leader) and Ferrovial Agroman SA signed a contract with the company New Regional Hospital Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław on “Construction of a new regional hospital in Wrocław – Task 2: construction of the hospital along with land development and construction of a helicopter landing”.
- The contract is worth PLN 158,453,378.05 net
- Commencement date: no longer than within 15 days from the date of signing the contract
- Deadline: 30 months from the date of commencement of works + 2 months to acquire the permit for use
- Guarantee period: 36 months, provided that the Contractor provides a guarantee of extended duration: 5 years for the hospital building, 5 years for the helicopter landing, 5 years for corrosion protection of steel construction, 8 years for roof tightness
- Financial terms and conditions:
- Payment: 30 days from the date of delivering the invoice to the Contracting Authority
- Good performance bank guarantee: 5% of the gross contract value
- Maximum contractual penalties: 10%
- The Contracting Authority reserves the right to supplementary compensation which carries a value of contractual penalties to the amount of damage actually suffered
The value of the contract exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
