"Design and execution of works on the C-E 20 railway line on the section Czachówek Wschodni - Pilawa along with the bridge over the Vistula" - selection of the Consortium's offer
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 05.12.2025. The Contracting Authority – PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. informed the Consortium consisting of: Budimex S.A. (leader of 90% share), Budimex Kolejnictwo S.A. (partner 5% share), Mostostal Kraków (partner 5% share) that it had selected the Consortium's offer as the most advantageous in the tender procedure for: Design and execution of works on the C-E 20 railway line on the section Czachówek Wschodni – Pilawa along with the bridge over the Vistula River.
Offer value: PLN 1,094,606,736.00 net, including:
Basic range: PLN 1,083,748,523.79 net
Conditional amount: PLN 89,413,919.55 net
Option value: PLN 4,858,212.21 net
Value of interface options: PLN 6,000,000.00 net
Date of commencement of works: The Commencement Date shall be the day following the signing of the Agreement
Deadline for completion of works: 48 months from the date of conclusion of the contract
Warranty period: 72 months
Warranty period: 72 months
Advance payment: in the amount of 10% of gross salary
Payment terms: 30 days from the date of delivery of a correctly issued VAT invoice by the Contractor to the Ordering Party
Bank guarantee of good performance: 5% of the gross remuneration for the Basic Scope minus the Contingent Remuneration
Maximum value of the contractual penalty paid by the Contractor: 30% of the Contracted Contract Amount.
The parties reserve the right to claim supplementary damages, transferring the amount of the reserved contractual penalties to the amount of the actual damage suffered.
Other contractual conditions do not deviate from market standards.
The value of the offer exceeds the threshold of PLN 182,357 thousand net.
