“Construction of a fast tram route from ul. Kasprzaka to Wilanów on the following sections: from ul. Puławska to ul. Św. Bonifacego and the Stegny loop, and from ul. Św. Bonifacego to ul. Branickiego” - annex execution
With reference to report No 18/2022 of 29 March 2022, the Management Board of Budimex S.A. notifies that it has received information about the signing of Annex No 1 to the Agreement “Construction of a fast tram route from ul. Kasprzaka to Wilanów on the following sections: from ul. Puławska to ul. Św. Bonifacego and the Stegny loop, and from ul. Św. Bonifacego to ul. Branickiego”
Annex No 1 value: PLN 199,342,009.40 net
The value of the above-mentioned agreement together with the Annex is: PLN 756,596,960.62 net
Works commencement date: conclusion date of Annex No 1 by and between the Ordering Party and the Contractor.
Works completion date under the Agreement and the Annex: remain unchanged
Guarantee period for main works, statutory warranty period as well as financial terms and conditions of the original Contract remain unchanged
Other terms and conditions of the contract do not differ from the market standards
The value of the signed Annex exceeds 20% of the value of the above-mentioned agreement.
