Construction of a cogeneration installation for the production of energy from processed municipal waste using heat for the municipal heating network in Tarnów - selection of the consortium's offer
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 9 December 2025, Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej S.A. selected the offer submitted by a consortium of companies consisting of Budimex S.A. (Consortium Leader 52.86% share) and ENGITEC TECHNOLOGIES S.P.A. (Consortium Partner 47.14% share) as the most advantageous in the tender procedure for the "Construction of a cogeneration installation for the production of energy from processed municipal waste using heat for the municipal heating network in Tarnów".
Value of the offer submitted by the consortium: PLN 275,905,000.00 net
Date of commencement of works: after signing the Agreement
Date of completion of works: 180 weeks from the date of signing the Agreement
Warranty period: up to 60 months
Warranty period: up to 60 months
Advance payment: 10% of net salary
Payment terms: 30 days from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party of the original of a correctly issued invoice
Bank guarantee of good performance: 10% gross salary
Maximum value of contractual penalties paid by the Contractor: 20% of the net contractual remuneration
The Parties have the right to claim supplementary damages, exceeding the amount of contractual penalties stipulated in the contract, on the general principles of the Civil Code, with the proviso that the Contractor's total liability for damages is limited to the amount constituting 100% of the total amount of the net contractual remuneration.
Other contractual conditions do not deviate from market standards.
