The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 07.12.2023 a contract was concluded between Budimex SA and Centralny Port Komunikacyjny Sp. z o.o. for: Construction of a retaining structure of the “Retkinia” chamber and a retaining structure of the “Fabryczna” turnout chamber as part of the internal project: “Construction of a long-distance tunnel in Łódź along railway line No 85, together with the incorporation into railway line No 14”.
The information that our bid had been ranked the highest in the tender procedure and selected as the most advantageous one was published on 02.10.2023 in current report No 59/2023 and on 03.10.2023 in current report No 60/2023.
Contract value: PLN 146,956,731.38 net
The total value of orders with the same Ordering Party in the last 12 months, including the bid referred to above, amounted to PLN 201,325,855.18 net. The highest-value order is the aforementioned contract (or other contract).

Works commencement date: from the contract date
Works completion date:
– Task 1 – 397 calendar days from the date specified as the works commencement date in the Ordering Party’s announcement issued no later than 90 days before the planned works commencement date,
– Task 2 – 337 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract
Guarantee period: 36 months.
Statutory warranty period: 36 months.

Payment terms:
30 days from the day of delivery of a correctly issued VAT invoice to the Ordering Party
by the Contractor
Bank performance bond:
10% of the gross bid value
Maximum amount of contractual penalty paid by the Contractor will not to exceed 20% of the maximum net remuneration
The Ordering Party may seek compensation under general rules if the amount of loss sustained exceeds the amount of the stipulated contractual penalty.
Other terms and conditions of the contract do not differ from the market standards.
The total value of orders with the same Ordering Party in the last 12 months has exceeded the threshold of PLN 172 ,381 thousand net.
