Resignation of a member of the Supervisory Board of Budimex S.A.

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that Mr. Janusz Dedo, Member of the Supervisory Board of Budimex S.A., has today submitted his resignation from the Supervisory Board with effect from 30 December 2025.

Mr. Janusz Dedo did not give reasons for his resignation.
