With reference to current report No 54/2023 of 29 August 2023 and current report No 61/2023 of ‎‎5 October 2023, the Management Board of Budimex S.A. informs that it has received information ‎about the cancellation of the procedure referred to in current report No 61/2023 of 5 October ‎‎2023. Therefore, the Ordering Party will re-examine and re-evaluate the bids. This information has ‎no impact on the Company’s current results.‎
