Acquisition of shares by a person discharging managerial responsibilities

The Management Board of Budimex SA informs that on 17 December 2021 the Company was notified of:

the purchase transactions of 159 shares of the Company with a total value of PLN 37.088 by the President of the Management Board, Mr. Artur Popko;

the sale transactions of 159 shares of the Company with a total value of PLN 37.252,50 by the President of the Management Board, Mr. Artur Popko;
