A clear lack of consent to any manifestations of dishonesty or abuse is the first step to minimizing risk throughout the value chain. This is a priority for us, which is why we will strengthen our operating standards both within the Budimex Group and in cooperation with external stakeholders. Creating a Code of Conduct for Business Partners or strengthening awareness of counteracting conflicts of interest are some of the many activities we will focus on in the coming years.
At the same time, we plan to professionalise risk management by including the spectrum of ESG risks in the register of risks and management processes in this area. We will also strengthen the digital security of the Budimex Group and improve the mechanisms of defence against cyber threats.

We are conducting a number of activities to strengthen the ethical culture among both employees and business partners. In order to exercise the utmost diligence in complying with sustainability standards, we are taking a number of measures, including implementing a Code of Conduct for Business Partners, as well as conducting training to build awareness of preventing and countering conflicts of interest.
