We strengthen employees
and business partners,

because we know that only dialogue is a guarantee of sustainable growth.

Society strategy

The Budimex Group is first and foremost people.

People who act with passion and commitment, who make decisions every day with a sense of responsibility for themselves, their co-workers, as well as the local communities for which they carry out the projects entrusted to them. As an employer, we support such attitudes. We make every effort to provide a stable and comfortable working environment.

We put safety first, actively building awareness and culture in this area, regardless of function or position. We integrate different generations. We listen to the needs of our employees and care about their professional, psychological and emotional development. We are guided by the principle of equality, thus creating a space for decent work, free from any stereotypes. We maintain an open dialogue with the beneficiaries of the implemented investments and work diligently to be called a good neighbour. People are always at the center of our activities.

We are a company that
integrates generations

Our strength lies in building diversity. We value both experience and innovation, which is why we create close-knit, strong and multi-generational teams. We believe in equal access to work. We break stereotypes, especially in the perception of the role of women in construction. For years, we have been increasing their share in the number of employees, also in managerial positions. We enable them to develop in tailor-made leadership programs. At the same time, we care about equal opportunities in the area of wages by establishing a special fund for this purpose. Continuous building of team competences and strong leadership attitudes is one of the pillars of the Budimex Group’s operations. By developing key business areas, we support our employees and motivate them to achieve success.

good neighbour and strengthen relations

We are aware that through our projects, we significantly affect the everyday life of local communities. Our goal is to improve people’s quality of life, but we are not indifferent to their needs – here and now. We are open to dialogue. We regularly meet with local stakeholders, listen to their expectations and make every effort to maintain good neighbourly relations. We support local initiatives, facilitate communication around ongoing projects and join charity activities, building valuable relationships for years. By promoting areas important to the Budimex Group – development and education – we establish contacts with universities and technical schools in the regions, offering programmes preparing for work in the construction industry. By sharing our experience, we believe that we enable young generations to have a better start in the future.
