The park of active rehabilitation and sports at the Oncology Center im. Prof. F. Łukaszczyk in Bydgoszcz received the title of “Construction of the Year 2012”. The works carried out by Budimex included the change of use of the laundry building into a rehabilitation building and the expansion and reconstruction of the underground utilities of the m.in. water supply and sewage systems. Various materials were used in the construction of the buildings (wood, reinforced concrete, steel). There are m.in in the Park. saunas, jacuzzi and hydrotherapy rooms for hydromassage, sports hall, gym, 25-meter swimming pool and conference and training center. This new unit established at the Oncology Center offers a wide range of rehabilitation services for the Center’s patients, as well as residents and people and athletes with disabilities. The usable area of the facility is 10 thousand. m2.
