This investment consisted of three separate tasks. The first of them is the construction of the Centre for the Meeting of Cultures. Budimex had to partially demolish the existing facility and build a new, front body of the Centre. It is a facility with two underground and three above-ground floors with a multifunctional auditorium for 969 spectators, a chamber hall (for 200 spectators) and a cinema hall (for 164 spectators). The cubic capacity is 178,000 m3 and the usable area is 23,500 m2.

The second part is the modernization of the Musical Theater and the Lublin Philharmonic, which included new electrical and ventilation installations, as well as the roof and modernization of the auditoriums. The cubic capacity of the facility: 71,700 m3, and the area: 11,500 m2.

The last task was the construction of Teatralny Square with a two-level underground car park with about 250 parking spaces. About 3,000 tons of steel and 27,000 m3 of concrete were used to complete the entire investment.
