The Integrated Communication Centre is the largest communication centre both in Lublin and in the region, combining public transport with extra-urban bus and bus transport as well as rail transport. The new station is a three-storey building with a usable area of over 18 thousand. m2 with a “Park & Ride” garage that can accommodate 174 cars, equipped with chargers for electric vehicles.

The design has state-of-the-art pro-ecological solutions and meets the highest standards in terms of sustainable development. On the facility, in glass roofs, there are photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 0.5 MW. To ensure the operation of the heat pumps, Budimex drilled 42 boreholes with a total length of almost 6 km, while the underground garage was made so that its ventilation proceeds naturally, thanks to air circulation. These solutions are intended to achieve full energy self-sufficiency of the building.Anti-smog paving slabs were also used and a charging station for city buses was planned.

The building constructed by Budimex also features interesting architectural solutions, such as impressive pillars resembling tree branches and a façade creating the impression of two separate buildings hidden inside.
