Mińska 69 is a project of a housing estate in the atmosphere of old Praga with history in the background, but with individual and modern solutions. Budimex was responsible for the implementation of 3 stages of the investment. In the first of them, 120 apartments located in two buildings were built. The scope of work also included the construction of pedestrian and bicycle routes, greenery and recreational areas. In the second stage (Olympic), as part of the arrangement of the expanded housing estate, three impressive murals inspired by the velodrome and cycling were created – celebrity races and victories of Polish cyclists, including Czesław Lang. The third stage of the estate, called Rewir, refers to the history of the place – Old Praga. On the walls of the buildings, the artists painted murals inspired by the Różycki bazaar (a siphon and a glass of soda water). The estate is modern and green, and the apartments have received practical layouts.
