As part of the contract, a six-storey car park for 570 cars and a dozen or so motorcycles was designed and built, along with the implementation of road and technical infrastructure and land development at 9-15 Grudziądzka Street in Bydgoszcz. The investment included the preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation, obtaining the necessary decisions, opinions, arrangements and permits along with full implementation and acceptance and approval. The area of the facility – 18,000 m2.
