The investment was related to the reconstruction of a building from the mid-eighteenth century, formerly functioning as the Orangery in the Branicki Palace Complex. Currently, it is a complex belonging to the Medical University of Bialystok. It conducts scientific and research activities aimed at slowing down or reversing the basic biological processes associated with aging. In connection with the implementation of the works, the facility has been equipped with modern installations supporting advanced laboratories for conducting clinical trials – technical gas installations with a detection system, mechanical ventilation, heating powered by ground source heat pumps on slanted wells and air conditioning.
