The contract included the construction of the Sucharski Route on the section from the Olszynka junction, which intersects with Tama Pędzichowska, Michałki and Elbląska streets and ends at the bridge over the Martwa Wisła. As part of the task, two new GP class roadways were built on a 3 km section, connecting the southern bypass of Gdańsk with Elbląska Street. Budimex also built the Błonie junction and rebuilt the Elbląska junction. The contract also included the construction of a system of access roads, sidewalks and bicycle paths. A number of engineering structures were built along the new route. Budimex also took care of the reconstruction of the network and infrastructure colliding with the new road, including water and sewage, heating, gas and power networks, environmental protection and traffic safety equipment, lighting, as well as the overhead contact line and the PKP network.
