The project included the modernisation of the Theatre’s Large Stage – a complete renovation of the building’s structure, including ceilings and columns, while maintaining the historic dome and placing internal walls on piles. The auditorium, foyer and comprehensive replacement of all installations were carried out. The theatre gained a new “heart” in the form of a stage with eight stage trapdoors, two levels of the stage floor and a rotating mechanism. 33 decorative battens and new lighting bridges were also installed. On the roof of the building, an over 300-meter observation deck was created. The works took place in an active facility.
