Budimex, the leader of the construction industry in Poland, is actively involved in charity activities. On the occasion of the upcoming holidays, he encourages everyone to take part in a unique auction. The income from the sale of a dozen or so paintings donated by Budimex will go to the “Nobody Stays” Foundation, which is actively involved in helping war veterans.
“Nobody stays” is a foundation that has been operating for 6 years. Its mission is to help soldiers who have been wounded and injured in military missions abroad and their families. It supports not only veterans of World War II, but also those who participated in recent missions in Iraq, Afghanistan, the Balkans and wherever their service was needed. In the foundation, soldiers and their families find the necessary psychological help and care tailored to their needs.
Budimex for Christmas
As part of this year’s Christmas activities, Budimex donated a dozen or so works to the foundation – drawings, paintings and photographs by Polish and foreign artists, which were put up for auction online. All income from the sale of works will be transferred to the account of the “Nobody Stays” Foundation, supporting the implementation of its statutory goals. Help first
In addition to occasional charity activities, the company runs two permanent projects at the same time – “Parent Zone” and “Hello ICE”. As part of the first of them, Budimex creates comfortable places for the youngest patients and their parents to spend time together in hospital children’s wards. Hello ICE, on the other hand, is an educational program aimed at increasing children’s awareness of road safety.
