The leader of the Polish construction sector aims high not only in the scale of implemented projects, but also in the level of well-being of employees on board – as evidenced by another Best Quality Employer title received. The title is awarded annually by the Central Office for National Certification and aims to select employers who stand out for their reliable approach to HR policy and real commitment to building stable, friendly and developmental workplaces. The following are assessed, m.in: the level of employment and turnover, the availability of training and development paths, recruitment conditions and competence management.

This is important because the schedule of most of the projects implemented by Budimex is spread over years – which is associated with the need to retain qualified employees and maintain stability of employment.
